What Does The Policy Cover?
Utomic™ will accept returns within 30 days of delivery confirmation of original order from www.utomic.com or a Utomic approved reseller. The returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in acceptable working condition. Please repackage properly so that returned item(s) are not damaged during shipping.
How Do I Submit A Claim?
Go to ‘Support’ and select ‘Return/Warranty Request’. Complete the form and submit your request. If you do not have access to utomic.com, you can also send an email to email@example.com. If you are emailing a claim, please include your Name, Email, Phone, Product Number, Order Number, Date of Purchase, and Reason for Claim.
What Happens After I File a Warranty Claim?
Once a claim has been filed, our Customer Service department will evaluate the claim and contact you. If the claim is approved, you will receive your Return Merchandise Authorization via e-mail which will include your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and instructions for the return. Utomic is not responsible for return shipping charges or lost or damaged shipments. We recommend insuring all returns.
How Will I Be Refunded?
Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued. During this time, please refrain from filing any type of claims for refunds with your credit card provider or PayPal to avoid prolonging the refund process.
